Short version: your slot is reserved just for you, so a little notice goes a long way.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Life happens — just give us 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit their deposit, since your appointment time is held exclusively for you.
Running late
Every appointment is one-on-one, so a late start cuts into your own service time. If you're running behind, call or text (949) 922-2051 and we'll do our best to make it work.
Hygiene
Hospital-grade standards, every visit: fresh tools per client, zero double-dipping, and a fully sanitized suite between appointments. Kenisha is a licensed, Barbicide-certified esthetician.
Before your appointment
Hair needs about 2–3 weeks of growth (at least a grain of rice long) for the wax to grip. Exfoliate a few days before, wear loose clothing, and skip the gym, tanning and hot showers for 24–48 hours afterward. The full rundown lives in our FAQ.
